Sander Van Doorn & Mayaeni's new track, 'Nothing Inside,' doesn't stay true to its name, that's for sure. Raspier, coarser-toned vocals lead the way as the song's lifespan goes through a tumbleweed of dancefloor percussion, prog-house indebted synth-play, and stadium-sized riffs and melodies. And, Mayaveni's voice, though not as soft and fluffy as some of the other vocalists involved in EDM, give the track's expressiveness an almost bluesy feel. This production also carries those more recently uncovered pop sensibilities that will keep Sander van Doorn's popularity's day-by-day growth intact, and allow those who accept his newer direction a new staple for their daily routine.
